We ship directly from Sydney, Australia to ensure efficient delivery nationwide.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $149 (Excl. Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania).

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

You can track your parcel in two easy ways:

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, we ship exclusively within Australia.

What should I do if I received a damaged item?

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving it with clear photo evidence of the item and the packaging.

We require this to successfully file a claim with the courier. Claims for transit damage cannot be accepted after this 48-hour window.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update the address. Please contact us immediately with the correct details.

Do you offer 7-Day Change of Mind Return?

Yes. If you decide it's not the right fit for your home, we offer a 7-day change of mind return period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Condition: The item must be in perfect, unused condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any bin that has had waste placed inside it.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including all internal protective foam and inserts.

Return Shipping & Fees:

  • Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

  • Original Shipping: Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
