Do you offer 7-Day Change of Mind Return?

Yes. If you decide it's not the right fit for your home, we offer a 7-day change of mind return period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Condition: The item must be in perfect, unused condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any bin that has had waste placed inside it.
  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including all internal protective foam and inserts.

 

Return Shipping & Fees:

  • Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
  • Original Shipping: Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

 

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

What should I do if I receive a faulty or defective product?

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or dented, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with clear photo evidence of the item and the packaging.

We require this to successfully file a claim with the courier. Claims for transit damage cannot be accepted after this 48-hour window.
