How long does shipping take?

All orders are typically packed and ready for dispatch at our Sydney warehouse within 24 hours. Please allow 1-2 business days for the courier to collect and scan your parcel.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from Sydney, Australia to ensure efficient delivery nationwide.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $149 (Excl. Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania).
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.
You can track your parcel in two easy ways:
- Via Email: Simply click the tracking link provided in your email to see live updates.
- Via Chat: Use the Track tab in the chat window! Just enter your order details, and I'll take you straight to the tracking page.
Please allow 1-2 business days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we ship exclusively within Australia.
However, we are planning to bring Afflumo to more homes worldwide soon!

What should I do if I received a damaged item?
We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving it with clear photo evidence of the item and the packaging.
We require this to successfully file a claim with the courier. Claims for transit damage cannot be accepted after this 48-hour window.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update the address. Please contact us immediately with the correct details.
