To be eligible for a return:

Condition: The item must be in perfect, unused condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any bin that has had waste placed inside it.
Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including all internal protective foam and inserts.

Return Shipping & Fees:

Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
Original Shipping: Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged in Transit:

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or dented, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with clear photo evidence of the item and the packaging.

We require this to successfully file a claim with the courier. Claims for transit damage cannot be accepted after this 48-hour window.
